The agreement between you and us for using SharpXI. Free, unofficial, and no gambling of any kind.

In short. SharpXI is a free planning tool for Fantasy Premier League. It makes predictions, and predictions are sometimes wrong. It is not affiliated with the Premier League. It involves no money, no betting, and no wagering of any kind.

1. Who these terms are with

These terms are an agreement between you and SharpCast ("we", "us", "our"), which operates SharpXI. By creating an account or using the app you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use SharpXI.

2. What SharpXI is

SharpXI is a planning tool for the official Fantasy Premier League game. It estimates how many points players are likely to score, suggests a captain, prices transfers, and suggests when to use a chip.

SharpXI is not the official Fantasy Premier League app and cannot make changes to your FPL team. Every decision it suggests must be entered by you in the official game. We cannot enter a transfer, set a captain, or meet a deadline for you.

3. Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before signing up.

You are responsible for keeping your sign in details private and for anything done through your account.

4. Predictions, and what they are worth

Everything SharpXI shows you is an estimate produced by a statistical model. Football is uncertain and the model is regularly wrong. In particular:

Projected points are an average expectation, not a forecast of what will happen.
A recommended captain, transfer or chip week is a suggestion, not advice.
Player availability and team news come from third party data that can be late, incomplete or wrong.
Past accuracy does not indicate future accuracy.

You are solely responsible for your own FPL decisions. We give no guarantee about your rank, your points, or the accuracy of anything the app shows.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use SharpXI for anything unlawful, or to break the rules of the official FPL game;
scrape, bulk download, resell or redistribute our projections or data;
attempt to access another member's account or data;
reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the app or our servers;
use automated systems to place unreasonable load on the service.

6. Intellectual property and third party rights

SharpXI, its model, its projections and its design are ours. You get a personal, non transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own fantasy football planning. Nothing here transfers ownership of anything to you.

SharpXI is unofficial. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any football club. Club names, club crests and player names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Availability, and changes

We try to keep SharpXI available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including features you use, and we may do so without notice where we need to.

SharpXI is currently free to use. If we introduce a paid tier in future, we will tell you before anything you already have becomes paid, and nothing you have will start costing money without your agreement.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, and because SharpXI is provided free of charge:

we provide it "as is", without warranties of any kind, so far as the law allows;
we are not liable for any loss of fantasy points, rank, prize, mini league position, or any indirect or consequential loss;
our total liability to you, for anything arising from your use of SharpXI, is limited to £100.

If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

9. Ending this agreement

You can stop using SharpXI at any time and delete your account whenever you like: see Delete your account.

We may suspend or close your account if you materially break these terms. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use SharpXI after that means you accept the new terms.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
